How it works
Our cannabis delivery service is a convenient way to access the products you love, without the hassle of making a trip to the dispensary. Two options are available to place an order for delivery:
1. Order online
Just browse our menu and add your favorite products to your cart. You’ll be able to see everything from the soonest available delivery time slot for same-day delivery or schedule a delivery for a time that works best for you.
2. Order by phone
Not a fan of ordering online? We get it. Sometimes, you want that budtender experience, which is why you can give us a call at (508) 455-1048 to speak with our experienced staff. You can ask a million and one questions to make sure you’re getting the right product for your needs and preferences. We give our customers product recommendations all the time – so you’re in good hands.
Receiving your order
Once your order is complete, just sit back and relax – we’ll handle the rest and deliver cannabis products right to your door! When we drop your items off, simply show us your government-issued ID and pay for your order. Although a driver tip is not required, our team always appreciates any gratuity you choose to give!
In case you’re not home when we deliver your order, don’t fret. While we can’t leave it outside or in the mailbox (because it’s against the law), we can come back when you are home. Just coordinate with us to make it happen!
Paying for your order:
We accept payment upon delivery via cash or debit card. For the latter, there is a fee of $3.75 to use our cashless ATM terminal. Just a reminder that there are minimum purchase requirements for delivery, with varying amounts depending on where you’re located (see list above).
Things to know before you order
Age requirement
In order to purchase and/or use cannabis in Massachusetts, you must be at least 21 years old. For this reason, we will need to see a government-issued picture ID displaying a birth date and expiration date (for example, your driver’s license, passport, or a state-issued ID card).
Returns and refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. In the event you get a defective product, please reach out to our team. Our main priority is to make sure you have a good experience. So, we can replace the product free of charge or issue a credit.
Returning your jar
One of the many perks of choosing Lucky Green Ladies is our jar return service. Certain containers are eligible for recycling and can be cleaned and returned to us upon your next cannabis delivery. For each item returned, you’ll receive 10 rewards points to redeem at a later date!
