Take out, sneakers, groceries, and even your future partner are only a click, tap, or swipe away. And thanks to the progressive voters of Massachusetts, so is high-quality cannabis from a legal, regulated dispensary. Ordering cannabis from a Massachusetts dispensary is super simple and definitely beats driving through traffic and waiting in line. However, buying dabs from your phone requires a couple extra steps as opposed to getting pizza delivered.
Is Cannabis Dispensary Delivery Legal in Mass?
Recreational marijuana was legalized in Massachusetts back in 2016. If you’re over 21, you are legally allowed to purchase 28 grams of flower (or the concentrate or edible equivalent) per day. The Cannabis Control Commission approved dispensary delivery in 2020. Since then, we Bay Staters have enjoyed the convenience of receiving flower, concentrates, and edibles delivered directly to our door.
