Lucky Green Ladies is an adult-use dispensary delivery operator, which basically means we bring your weed right to your door. (Legally, of course).

Our Founder and CEO, Alissa Nowak, named her business Lucky Green Ladies because she considers herself lucky to be in a position to sell legal weed.

Alissa was once headed down the wrong path and received a felony drug possession charge. She was also arrested for selling weed on the legacy market.

Transitioning into the legal dispensary market with Lucky Green Ladies weed delivery service changed Alissa’s life, and she’s forever grateful for the opportunity to sell weed legally.

Alissa is also doing this dispensary delivery business with her mom, Joann Nowak. Joann has always been Alissa’s #1 supporter through thick and thin. Together, they consider themselves to be the “Green Ladies.” Learn more about our history on our About page.

The “legacy market” refers to the sale of weed before it was recreationally legal. Although many may call it the “black market,” we steer away from this phrasing as it carries the harmful impacts of the War on Drugs.

According to NYS law, you must be 21 years and older to legally purchase and use recreational weed (AKA horizontal licenses only).

You can return all of your weed jars to Lucky Green Ladies. You earn points while we put your jar to use again.

No, NYS law requires all forms of identification to be valid (meaning unexpired).

No, Lucky Green Ladies is a recreational, adult-use service (21+ only).

Per NYS law, Lucky Green Ladies accepts:

• a valid federal, state, or local government identification, including IDNYC or a NYS Benefit identification card, stating the customer’s age and a photograph of the individual’s face;
• a valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the department of motor vehicles, the federal government, any United States territory, commonwealth or possession, the District of Columbia, a state government within the United States or a provincial government of the dominion of Canada;
• A valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country; or
• An identification card issued by the armed forces of the United States (unfortunately, a VA card cannot be accepted as a valid form of ID).

NYS allows consumers to purchase 3 ounces of cannabis and 24 grams of cannabis concentrate (e.g. edibles, oil). In Massachusetts, consumers are allowed to purchase up to 2 ounces of flower (or equivalent), including 1,000 mg of edibles or 10 grams of concentrates.

NYS law allows for a 15% variance on the THC % listed on the packaging vs. the actual lab tested THC %. Some THC %s may vary from the packaging vs. the certificate of analysis (COA), which is the actual lab tested report. We display the THC % from the COA on our website/menu to ensure the most accurate information on every product but that may vary from what’s printed on the package. Most packaging comes with a QR code that if scanned, directs the consumer to the COA.

Per NYS law, we are able and happy to provide any COA via email upon request. We do not grow or manufacture any products; we buy every product pre-packaged from licensed NYS suppliers and cannot control what information is displayed on the packaging. Yes, and the ramp is conveniently located next to the handicap parking spot.

Parking is available onsite. There is also street parking available along South Wall Street. We have a bike rack onsite as well.

It is legal in NY to consume cannabis anywhere that cigarettes can be smoked. It is illegal to consume cannabis on our premises (bummer, we know we’re the life of the party).

We accept cash, debit (via cashless ATM), and credit. If you pre-order, you will also have the option to pre-pay online through Aeropay (ACH transaction). We have an ATM onsite.

Nope. It’s actually all of the same weed. The only difference is edibles are allowed to have a higher dose per serving.

We don’t accept returns, but we will replace any defective product or issue store credit.

Debit: Select the debit option at check out. We bring the debit terminal to you. Our debit terminal works like a cashless ATM meaning we round up to the nearest $10 increment and give your change back to make up the difference.

For example, if your total is $65, we will charge $70 + $3.75 debit fee and your change of $5 will be stapled to the bag to make up the difference.

Credit: Select the debit option at check out and write “credit” in the delivery notes. We’ll give you a call to take payment over the phone.

Charges appear on credit/debit statement as “AMN RETAIL LGLNY” or “LGL”. Please note there is a 3.75% card fee.

Dispensary Delivery minimums range from $50 – $100 depending on your delivery zone. (Ball on a budget, or to your heart’s desire– we don’t mind either way.)

No. NYS law requires someone over the age of 21 to be physically present to accept delivery. Please have your ID ready.

Yes, as long as they are 21+ and have a valid form of ID. Please note that for per NYS law we are required to document in our point-of-sale system the person who receives the order.

Multiple clients may order to the same residence, but each must be present with their pre-verified ID to receive their order. (One’s a company, two’s a party, three’s a crowd).
